The units include a 99.99 percent efficient HEPA filter, pre-filter, spark resistant aluminum blower wheel and electrical parts with explosion proof ratings (AMCA Type B Construction). the housings are fabricated from steel with a white powder coat finish. If necessary eye bolts can be field installed in the weld nuts located at all corners for suspending the unit.

GS Style Filter Data: Size: 20.625 X 44.625 X 3 inches with anodized aluminum frame, upstream gel channel and diamond pattern white epoxy face screen. The HEPA is designed for 90 FPM average face velocity at initial 0.47 w.g. and has a rated efficiency of 99.99 percent at 0.3 micron or larger. An access port with removable plug is located in the center of the filter element face for introducing an upstream challenge or measuring static pressure.

NCR Style Filter Data: Size: 23.625 X 47.625 X 3 inches with exposed anodized aluminum frame and diamond pattern white epoxy face screen. The HEPA Filter is designed for 90 FPM average face velocity at initial 0.47 w.g. and has a rated efficiency of 99.99 percent at 0.3 micron or larger.

The MAC 10 IQ is the world’s first smart fan filter unit.
